We have two staff reports scheduled for our next Board of Education meeting (on Tuesday, May 9th). As always, we welcome community questions on our staff reports to help guide the final contents and discussion. CLICK ON THE HEADLINE to submit a question. Thank you to those parents who provided input for the textbook adoptions, which will be adopted at this meeting. At the May 23rd Board of Education Meeting, staff members will be presenting on the 2023-2024 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) Update and Proposed Revisions. Members of the community are welcome to submit questions regarding this report. the questions will be used to help guide the final contents and discussion. At the February 22nd Board of Education meeting, the student calendar for next year was approved. CLICK ON THE HEADLINE to download a copy.

Our next Board of Education meeting will be next Tuesday, April 25th. There will be three staff reports on the agenda: (1) Overview of the AUSD Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) Plan, (2) Overview of the 2022-23 Arts, Music, and Instructional Materials Block Grant, and (3) Overview of Proposition 28 Additional Funding for Arts and Music Education in Public Schools.
